Color

   What is your favorite color?

Much has been studied and written about color and its impact on our daily lives. Psychologists say, someone’s personality can be partially described by his/her choice of color. Color can influence our emotions, our actions and how we respond to various people, things and ideas.

My favorite color is RED. It symbolizes action, confidence, courage and vitality. In my day- to- day life, this color appears the maximum time in my clothes, shoes or other accessories.

   Why is it your favorite?

Red is the color of blood and strongly symbolizes life and vitality. I cannot properly remember since when red has turned into my favorite color. Red is the only color that catches everyone’s eyes very quickly. Again, this color suits everyone, as if it’s secular.

What is the significance of this color?

Red is the warmest of all colors. It is most chosen by the extroverts. Some say, red is the color of prosperity and joy. Red roses symbolize passionate love. Brides wear red as a divine color. Many paint the front door of their houses red as they think it brings good luck. But, on the negative side, red also symbolizes temper or anger or danger.

How does this color affect you?

I had once heard a saying: Put some red in your life when you want increased enthusiasm, more energy, action and confidence to go after your dreams, and protection from fears and anxiety. Briefly speaking, Red symbolizes Power. I feel like this color stimulates vitality and energy in me. It boosts up my confidence and enables me to present myself in a bold and dynamic way. So I must say, red plays a serious role on how I behave in various situations.
